"Refused to get a refund for something that I didn't use"

There is no the way to unbsubscribe for the next month without getting your payment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kaspr?

I subscribed and tried to cancel the subscription but there were no the way to unsubscribe. I asked the support but they started to say about this is against their policy. When they charged from my bank for a new month, I reached out to this support one more time on the chat that I don't use their tool, they refused to make a refund for the month that I didn't use at all. I'm going to submit this request to my bank. Anyway, this tool is terrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
